Dyeing Cloth Vertical Blinds

A window blind is a kind of window covering. There are several different kinds of window blinds which use a variety of management systems. A typical window blind is made up of a number of long flat or vertical slats of various kinds of tough material, including wood, metal or plastic which are held together by cords that run through the blind slats. Window blinds can be maneuvered with either a manual or remote control by rotating them by an open position, with slats spaced outside, to a closed position where slats float and block out most of the light. Additionally, there are a number of kinds of window coverings, called colors, that use one piece of soft material instead of slats.
The period window blinds may also be used to spell out window coverings generically--within this context window blinds include virtually every kind of window covering, i.e. shutters, roller blinds, cellular shades (also called honeycomb colors), wood blinds (also called two inch horizontals), Roman blinds and standard vertical and horizontal blinds (also called Venetians). In the United Kingdom, awnings are sometimes called blinds or shades.|}
